To Frank Melville ANDERSON, £50, my watch and chain.

To the Congregational Church Hall Fund Treasurer 2 amount of subscriptions of £4 should such be outstanding at the time of my death.

To Barrack Street Day School £10 for improvements.

I hereby nominate Fanny ANDERSON born KAYSER sole and universal heir to my Estate and effects.

I appoint my aforementioned wife and my brother Dr. George Elliott Caldwell ANDERSON as Executrix and Executor and guardians of my minor children.

Codicil:-

As my brother George Elliott Caldwell ANDERSON has pre-deceased me I nominate Frank Melville ANDERSON along with my wife as Executrix and Executor.
