He nominates his wife Mildred as his Executrix and if she should pre-decease him then the Executor is to be Arthur George ADLEY, and if he should pre-decease me, then the Secretary for the time-being of the Colonial Orphan Chambers.
If Arthur George ADLEY should pre-decease me then his widow is to receive £500 annually tax free until her death or re-marriage. A trust fund of £7000 for each of Arthur's issue, provided that their are no more than 3 issue, if there be more then the Trust shall be limited to £25000 to be divided equally among all the issue, and guardianship and education is to be paid from this trust. Arthur's issue may inherit the monies from the trust once they have attained 21 years of age or marry.
