Another DN of KAB MOOC 6/9/3157 Ref 15754 also signed by his widow says he died at his residence in Bird St. Beaufort West on 3 Jun 1927. His middle given name was also spelt differently namely Diedrick.
• Alt. Death. Accordind to MOOC? 6/9/3187 15754 he died on 13 Jun 1927 aged 95years 7 months. However on the Beaufort West Municipal graveyard record, he was burried in RY- A14 on 15 Jan 1927 at the Blyth St N/W cemetery. This must be a misprint and should be June not January
