• Historical. According to Dot Serfontein she was the younger sister of Anna Susanna who also married a Christiaan Jacobus Serfontein. However Pama II states that it was Anna Susanna who married this Christiaan Jacobus Serfontein (b 25 Dec 1793) and this may be at variance with SAG 11 p.255 which states that Christiaan Jacobus (no birth date, but son of Willem Jacob) married Maria Johanna Van Zyl.
