• Occupation, 1922-1942. 1 Daniel (Jnr) served in Zuurbraak from 1922 to 1942 when he had to leave on account of the health of their daughter (Unknown). Thus ended 115 years of ministry by the family in Zuurbraak spanning four generations.
There are excellent portraits of both Catherine and "J.P." in the Zuurbraak church.
