• Emigration. On the 10th Dec 2002, the family emigrated to live in Mapleton, on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Queensland, Australia.

• Occupation. Dorothy and Mike bought a property to operate a B&B at Mapleton.
They retired in 2010 and still live on the same property.

• Residence. As at March 2011 he and Dorothy were in a small town, Narrabri, New South Wales, Australia

Michael married Dorothy Isabelle Fairbairn, daughter of Edward Patrick Fairbairn and Amyand Mary Bevan, on Jun 2, 1973 in Harare Zimbabwe. (Dorothy Isabelle Fairbairn was born on Feb 13, 1952 in Umtali, Now Mutare, Zimbabwe.)
