bullet  Research Notes:

"Other names for Heinrich were HELM, John Frederic, HELM, Hendrik Carel Jacob <http://griquatownandersons.com/ancestors/315.htm> and HELM, John Fredrik" there is now a question now as to whether John Frederic HELM ever existed as the son of Daniel Johannes HELM (1814-1873) or whether he was the same person as Heinrich Carl Jacob (1846-1913). It seems more likely that Heinrich Carl Jacob (1846-1913) was in fact the child of George Evans Helm b 1825:
George Evans Helm and Johanna Margaretha Jacoba had nine children
Heinrich Carl Jacob (1846-1913)
Cornelia Hester Helm (1848-1921)
Charlotte Susana Helm (1850-1922)
Johanna Marthina Helm (1852-1885)
Elizabbeth Maria Helm (1855- )
Hermanus Bernardus Helm (1857-1916)
Elsabe Hendrina Helm (1860-1922)
Susanna Hermina Helm (1863-1901)
George Evans Helm (1868-1902)
For the record then this is my assessment and will be entered in the GriquatownAnderson data base under John Frederic, HELM (b1849)
